Greetings from Craft Film School !

I really wish that you should get the call letter for orientation and finally should get selected to FTII / SRFTI. However, the fact remains that even if you are among the most talented 200 students among 1200-1500 applicants on an average for JET, they have a limitation of accepting only 10 students in FTII or SRFTI course.

FTII -JET evaluates a student at two fronts; first, the level of information and second, the analytical power.

Another fifty percent of the marks are allotted to objective type questions, out of which

    a)         08  % questions are related to GK and current affair

    B)           22  % are MCQs related to cinema and art (painting, dance, music, theatre, photography etc).

To train the FTII aspirants of any course, Mr. Naresh Sharma (Director CRAFT) has written a book which covers the section ‘A’ as mentioned above. This book precisely caters to MCQ genre related to cinema and art section.  Although not exhaustive but scholastically propitious for framing patterns, this book is aimed at MCQ section. Not only students are expected to be well versed with Indian and International cinema but also of works by FTII alumni. Along with few question a list of important FTII alumni is provided.
